A photo file .jpg (Mug shot): 0.764 inches (148 pixels) wide by 0.819 inches (159 pixels) high (300 dpi)
A signature file .gif (card holder signature): 1.5 inches wide by 0.4 inches high (300 dpi)

files you can pay
